Member Protection

At the Western Magic Basketball Club, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all members. To achieve this, we follow the Member Protection and Complaints Policies of Basketball Australia, which outline the measures we take to prevent any forms of harassment, abuse, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour within our club. These policies also set out clear procedures for reporting incidents and investigating complaints, and we take swift action to address any breaches of these policies. By adhering to these policies, we can ensure that everyone who joins our club can enjoy the sport of basketball with peace of mind, knowing that their safety and well-being are our top priority.
