Once your fees have been accepted by the Western Magic District Basketball Club – you will be deemed to be a financial member of the club, even if you later decide not to play.

Request for a refund is to be made via email to the Treasurer – treasurer@westernmagic.com.au

Each request will be treated on its own merit and will only be given under exceptional circumstances.  An administration fee can be charged to process the refund claim.

If a refund is agreed to, the amount refundable will be prorated based on games played (or games the team have played).

If a medical condition is the reason for the claim, please attach a Doctor’s Medical Certificate with the claim email to the Treasurer.
