The state championships are a carnival style event run each year to determine the ranking of teams within the district competition. In 2013 Western Magic continued its tradition of punching above its weight by taking out the runners up position in the reserve grade. Well done to Alan Bell and his girls for showing many teams, from clubs much larger than ours, a clean set of heels.
